1. About these terms

These terms apply when you browse or buy from Shop-DopaDrop. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Alchemise Collective Pty Ltd, trading as Shop-DopaDrop. "You" means the person placing the order.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Many of our products are made for adults and teens. Always check the product page for age guidance.

3. Our products

We sell fidget, sensory and focus products. We do our best to describe and photograph each product accurately, but colours and finishes can look different on different screens.

Not medical products. Our products are not medical devices. They are not a treatment, a cure or a substitute for advice from a doctor, therapist or other qualified professional. If you have a health concern, please talk to a professional.

Safety. Some products contain small parts, magnets, beads or chewable materials.
- Keep small parts and magnets away from young children and pets.
- Supervise use by children at all times.
- Chew products must be used as described and replaced if they crack, tear or wear down.
- Weighted products should be used as directed on the product page. Do not use them on anyone who cannot easily remove them themselves.

4. Prices and payment

- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
- If we find a pricing error after you order, we'll contact you. You can choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Discount codes and offers

- Codes must be entered at checkout and can't be added to an order after it's placed.
- Each code can be used once per customer, unless we say otherwise.
- Codes have no cash value and can't be combined with other offers unless stated.
- We can withdraw or change a code at any time. We can also cancel orders that use a code in a way we didn't intend, such as creating multiple accounts to reuse a single-use code.

6. Placing an order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We can decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

7. Delivery

- We ship Australia-wide. Standard shipping is free on orders of $60 AUD or more. Orders below $60 AUD have a $7.95 AUD standard shipping charge.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Standard delivery takes about 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
- These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of couriers, customs, weather or supplier stock.
- You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
- Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We can't redirect an order once it has shipped. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for reshipping.

Dropshipping. Shop-DopaDrop is a dropshipping store. Your order is sent directly from one of our suppliers to you. This means items in one order may arrive in separate parcels, and parcels may come from different locations. Our Privacy Policy explains how your delivery details are shared with our suppliers.

8. Returns, refunds and replacements

Our Delivery and Returns page sets out how we handle returns day to day. In summary:

- Damaged, faulty or wrong item. Contact us and include your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund you. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery where you can, so we can sort it out quickly.
- Change of mind. Because of the hygiene and sensory nature of our products, we don't accept returns for change of mind once an item has been opened. If you're unsure about a product, email us before you order.
- Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. They usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

9. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms, including the 14 day contact window and our change of mind policy, limits those rights.

10. Cancelling an order

If you want to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can cancel it for a full refund if it hasn't been dispatched by the supplier. Once it has shipped, our standard returns rules apply.

11. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo or video, or tag us on social media, you confirm it's yours and that it's honest. You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to use it on our website, social channels and marketing, with credit where possible. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or breaks the law. You can ask us to remove your content at any time by emailing us.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, designs and the Shop-DopaDrop name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
- try to interfere with the site's security or operation
- scrape or copy our content in bulk
- place orders using someone else's payment details without their permission

14. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you agree to that policy.

15. Marketing emails and messages

We only send marketing emails if you've opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we'll honour unsubscribe requests promptly. Order and shipping emails are not marketing and will still be sent.

16. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier delays, natural events, supplier issues or system outages.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of having them replaced or repaired. This does not limit any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

17. Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites, such as our social media pages. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when the terms were last updated.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of New South Wales, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
