You came here to find something good for your brain. Not to read a legal wall of text. So we'll be straight with you about what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you shop with us, we collect:

• Your name and contact details — email address, phone number (if provided), and delivery address
• Order information — what you bought, how much you paid, and your order history
• Payment details — processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Device and browsing data — via cookies, Google Analytics (GA4), and Meta Pixel. This tells us things like which pages you visited and how you found us.

If you sign up to our email list without buying, we collect your email address only.

Why we collect it

• To process and deliver your order
• To send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and (if you opt in) our email newsletter
• To improve the store and understand what's working
• To run ads on Meta and TikTok that reach people like you

We do not sell your data. Ever.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and tracking pixels to understand how people use our store and to run our ads. This includes:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymised site traffic data
• Meta Pixel — tracks purchases and site visits to help us improve our Facebook and Instagram ads

You can opt out of cookies through your browser settings at any time. Some parts of the store may not work perfectly if you do.

Dropshipping disclosure

Shop-DopaDrop is a dropshipping store. When you place an order, your delivery details are passed to our fulfilment supplier (currently CJ Dropshipping) so they can ship directly to you. Your details are used only for fulfilment and are not shared for any other purpose.

Email marketing

If you opt in to our emails, we'll send you welcome offers, product news, and the occasional promotion. Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list — no questions, no guilt trip.

You have the right to:

• Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal and fulfilment obligations)

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Wix's secure servers. Wix is compliant with GDPR and other major privacy frameworks. Payment data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure. If anything ever goes wrong, we'll tell you promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a revised date at the top. We won't email you every time, but the latest version always lives on this page.
